Well, life is definitely different.
Seems like the dust is settling a little and we're realizing that we're never going back to 'normal' but that we are officially in a new normal and will forever be changed.
So we adjust accordingly.
Every year I do a birthday special. I LOVE it! I love getting to celebrate birthdays!
After meditating and checking in with my soul, for this year's birthday special I will continue to honor the sliding scale rates that I'm currently offering.
BUT for every session and gift certificate purchased for the next six days, Saturday, 4/11 - Thurs 1/16, I will match that and donate that same type of session to an essential worker.
The more sessions and gift certificates that are purchased, the more essential workers we can give to!

In life in general, when we take care of ourselves, we get to show up more present, centered and compassionate. They benefit.
